YEIDA Plot Scheme 2026: Eligibility, Documents & Application Process

The YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme 2026 (RPS-10) is currently live. Launched on April 6, 2026, this scheme is the first major rollout following the inauguration of the Noida International Airport. With 973 plots available across prime sectors, understanding the strict eligibility and documentation rules is the only way to ensure your application isn’t rejected during scrutiny.

1. Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)

YEIDA enforces a “One Plot, One Family” policy. If you or your immediate family members already own a plot or flat allotted by YEIDA, you are disqualified from this scheme.

General Eligibility:

  • Citizenship: You must be an Indian citizen. NRIs are also eligible to apply.
  • Age: You must be at least 18 years old as of the application date.
  • Family Definition: For the purpose of this scheme, a “family” includes the applicant, their spouse, and minor dependent children.
  • Joint Applications: You can apply jointly, but only with immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, or siblings).
  • Exclusions: Hindu Undivided Families (HUFs), trusts, and organizations are not eligible for residential plots; only individuals can apply.

Reservation Quotas:

  • Farmers: 17.5% of plots are reserved for local farmers whose land was acquired for the Yamuna Expressway project.
  • Industrialists: 5% are reserved for those running functional industrial units in the YEIDA area.
  • Specially Abled: 5% reservation exists for persons with disabilities (including 1% for the visually impaired).
  • SC/ST: Specific quotas as per Uttar Pradesh government norms.

2. Required Documents Checklist

Before starting the online application, ensure you have scanned copies (PDF or JPEG) of the following:

3. Step-by-Step Application Process

The application process is 100% online. No offline forms are accepted at the YEIDA headquarters.

Step 1: Portal Registration

Visit the Official YEIDA Website and create a user profile. You will need a valid mobile number and email ID for OTP verification.

Step 2: Pay the Application Fee

Once logged in, you must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹600 (+ GST). This payment unlocks the detailed application form for the RPS-10 scheme.

Step 3: Fill the Form & Selection

Choose your preferred plot size (e.g., 162 sqm, 200 sqm, or 290 sqm) and the sector. Enter all personal details exactly as they appear on your Aadhaar and PAN card to avoid rejection.

Step 4: Upload Documents

Upload all documents mentioned in the checklist above. Ensure the files are clear and within the specified size limits (usually under 200KB per file).

Step 5: Deposit Registration Money (EMD)

Pay the 10% Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) via the integrated payment gateway. For a 162 sqm plot, this is approximately ₹5.87 Lakh.

  • Note: You can also choose to finance this amount through partnered banks like ICICI or HDFC.

Step 6: Submission & Acknowledgement

After payment, submit the form. Download the generated Application ID and payment receipt. You will need these to check your status during the lucky draw on June 18, 2026.

Important Deadlines for 2026

  • Scheme Opens: April 6, 2026
  • Last Date to Apply: May 6, 2026
  • Draw Date: June 18, 2026

Pro Tip: Do not wait until the last week of the scheme. The YEIDA servers often experience heavy traffic and downtime near the deadline due to the high volume of applicants.
